From time to time, Easment may offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders.

Order Processing

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, carrier rules, or destination.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at service@easmentllc.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).

Return Window

Eligibility for Refund or Return

Because our products are health and personal-care items, we handle each case with care and try to be fair to both our customers and our team:

  • Unopened items
    If you haven’t opened or used the product, you can return it in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund.

  • Opened items (first-time try)
    If you have opened and tried the product but are not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days. Under our 100% money-back guarantee, we will work with you to provide a refund or replacement for one opened unit per product, even if it has been used.

  • Multiple units / larger orders
    If you purchased multiple units of the same product, we may ask you to return any unopened bottles in order to process a full refund, so that those items can find a new home.

 


 

How to Start a Return or Claim the Guarantee

To start a return or request a refund, please contact us at service@easmentllc.com with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • The item(s) you’re contacting us about

  • A short description of the issue (for example: “didn’t feel any effect,” “skin felt irritated,” etc.)

If a physical return is needed, we will provide you with:

  • The return shipping address (usually our facility in Denver, Colorado), and

  • Simple instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Amazon orders: If you purchased Easment products through Amazon, please submit your return or refund request directly through your Amazon account, following Amazon’s return policy and process. Our money-back philosophy is the same, but the process runs through Amazon’s system.

 


 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged, or

  • You received the wrong item,

so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Gift cards, and

  • Clearly marked final sale / clearance items that are listed as non-returnable.

For safety reasons, we may not accept returns of products that are severely damaged, heavily used, or altered beyond normal trial use.

Exchanges

If you’d like to try a different product, the simplest way is to:

Refunds
